Contracts & Legal Manager
Head of the Legal department

In this position you will be responsible for achieving the optimum legal position of GDF SUEZ E&P Nederland B.V. This includes business in every legal area such as licensing, contracting, litigation, corporate housekeeping, compliance, permits and employment. You will work in close cooperation with the two employees of the department Contract & Legal: the Legal Advisor and Legal Coordinator, both direct reports.

Profile you have a Dutch law degree and at least 6 years of experience as an in-house lawyer, preferably in a comparable position, or private practice lawyer. Excellent management skills and experience with drafting, reviewing and negotiating (international) commercial contracts. You are able to operate independently and be a team player as well. Good communication skills at all levels. Open minded and fluent in both Dutch and English.
