Project Leader - New Business Development

Functieomschrijving
Reporting to the Vice President New Market Development, your tasks will be to:
- Identify European market / client opportunities for JSP Sheet Foam, main focus on e-beam crosslinked PE sheet-foam.
- Manage above by applying "Innovation Simplified" process - from ideation to commercialization.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage market research project within established budget and deadlines.
- Select, and manage relationships with external end-users, clients, sales - channel partners.
- Forecast new product sales until full commercialization, accountable for New Product pipeline.
Key Current Project:
- Establish a sales & marketing strategy for XSEALIS (e-beam crosslinked sheet foams) in Europe, in preparation for a European entry.
Functie-eisen
The successful candidate will have:
- PMA (Positive Mental Attitude).
- Flexibility.
- Experience in managing new product / sales development.
- Experience & Ideas around polymer foams.
- Strong entrepreneur-spirit.
- Experience in selecting suitably sales - channel partners in B2B.
- Capability to manage new product processes from idea generation to commercialization.
- Experience in developing unique selling propositions for different plastics displacing more traditional material solutions.
- Speak several EU languages.
- Willing to travel throughout Europe.
A positive and creative attitude is far more important than qualifications.
