Senior Business Controller

• Manage and further progress the pricing, product costing, quoting and margin management process
• Linking the pricing process to margin reporting and administration
• Develop commercial turnover, and performance reporting
• Responsible for all business analysis and reporting for the business unit Emulsifiers
• Develop and periodically draw up reporting with regards to risk, currency positions and cost prices
• Manage and understand the business unit EMEA forecast and order analysis performed at the various manufacturing sites
• Directly manage the complete supply chain, forecast and order analysis process, manage and coach the commercial controllers and supply chain manager
• Responsible for information enablement to the various teams (TMM, MT etc)

• Educated to a Masters degree level in finance (RA or RC is preferred)
• Experience with management accounting, preferably in a B2B operational environment
• Approximately 6-8 years financial experience within industry
• Strong leadership skills and affinity with and knowledge of supply chain management
• Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships
• Strong analytical skills, business sense and drive (ambition)
• Self sufficient, proactive and commercial attitude with the ability to work independently
• Fluency in Dutch is required

For their site in Zwijndrecht we are now actively searching for a strong Business Controller with EMEA responsibility who is able to grow to a position with end responsibility on the short term. Kerry's finance team members work closely with line management providing and analyzing information required by managers for day-to-day business decisions and assessments of the financial viability of business proposals. The objective of this position is to maintain a fully self functional and independent technology finance unit for Emulsifiers.
